Are you a highly organized, proactive individual with a passion for education?

We are seeking a dedicated Headmaster’s PA to provide exceptional administrative support to our Headmaster.  If you have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to fostering a positive educational experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence
  • Coordinate events and communications
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support the Headmaster in daily tasks and special projects

Minimum requirements:

  • An appropriate professional qualification
  • Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and manage confidential information
  • The ability to uphold the Christian Ethos and Values of the School
  • Recent and valid Police, Child Protection and National Sexual Offenders Clearances

Are you a fitness fanatic with a passion for inspiring the next generation of champions? Do you love the thrill of the game and the joy of seeing kids discover their love for sport?

We’re on the lookout for a PE & Sports Coordinator to form part of our Sports Department and bring energy, fun, and teamwork to our school, while being a strong administrator and peoples person. If you can turn every lesson into a playground adventure, motivate mini-athletes, and create a buzzing sports culture, then we need you on our team!

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Plan and implement a cohesive PE program for Grade RRR to Grade 6
  • Coordinate the day to day implementation of our Grade 1 & 2 “mini sport” program
  • Coach across a range of sporting codes (relevant Coaching Certificates)
  • Provide administrative support to the Sport Department and have experience in organising interhouse and external sport events and fixtures.
  • Be knowledgeable of current trends and education policies in Physical Education and sports development.

 Minimum requirements:

  • An appropriate professional qualification: Sports Management or Teaching and must be SACE registered
  • Excellent planning, organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across colleagues, children and parents
  • The ability to uphold the Christian Ethos and Values of the School
  • Recent and valid Police, Child Protection and National Sexual Offenders Clearances
